Unveiling the Design

Interior Highlights:

The design philosophy behind this home centers on creating a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces. As you walk through the main living area, you’ll be captivated by the expansive sliding glass doors that open up to a lush outdoor retreat, complete with a luxurious pool and spa. The pool features a sun shelf and a deck with stone and porcelain tile wood-look inserts, creating a sophisticated and inviting outdoor oasis. A standout feature of the home is the 8-foot by 12-foot atrium Velux Skylight, which floods the two-story entryway with beautiful natural light, creating a welcoming and airy ambiance.

The large format tiles for the main floor are Fatima white 28×48 limestone from Portugal, enhancing the sense of continuity and elegance throughout the living spaces. Given Florida’s humid climate, it’s crucial to protect these limestone tiles from moisture. That’s where ProFlex comes in – providing a reliable moisture barrier, preventing any potential damage and ensuring the durability and longevity of the flooring. This is especially important in Florida, where high humidity and moisture can easily penetrate and damage traditional flooring systems. This will help to ensure that the beauty of the limestone tiles remains unaffected by the elements, maintaining the home’s luxurious aesthetic.

One such highlight is the standing seam aluminum powder-coated roof, designed to withstand the elements while adding a sleek, contemporary aesthetic. The exterior of the home will be adorned with eight-foot-tall sheets of porcelain tile from Grispagna Ceramica, a renowned Spanish company. The product used is called Carolina, known for its durability and exquisite finish. Additionally, the second-floor balcony will feature an aluminum trellis, providing both shade and architectural interest.

The outdoor living space includes a luxurious pool and spa, featuring a sun shelf and a deck with stone and porcelain tile wood-look inserts. This creates a sophisticated and inviting outdoor oasis, perfect for relaxation and entertainment.
