Expanding Our Presence as a Premier Southwest Florida Custom Home Builder and Remodeler: Introducing Alair North Naples
Are you in search of a custom home builder and remodeler in North Naples? Last month marked a milestone for Alair Homes, the Southwest Florida custom home builder and remodeler expanded its footprint with the addition of its new North Naples location. This expansion underscores Alair Florida’s dedication to providing custom homes and renovations throughout the region.
Introducing Our Partners: Jeff Cramer and Barry VanWye
Jeff Cramer’s passion for construction began at an early age, working alongside his family in Illinois. After college, he excelled in sales at his family’s home improvement company. Eventually, he realized his dream of running his own construction business in central Illinois for almost 17 years. In 2020, Jeff and his family relocated to Southwest Florida. He has continued to build homes in the region’s thriving residential construction market.
As a partner of Alair North Naples, Jeff combines the passion from his early construction memories with his successful experience delivering quality custom homes. His dedication to the community and extensive construction expertise makes him an excellent fit.
This partnership holds special significance, as it welcomes Jeff, who has worked closely with Barry VanWye, Owner, and Partner of Alair Bonita Springs as they become co-partners at Alair North Naples.
“I am incredibly excited to see our business grow and evolve with the addition of Alair North Naples. Jeff’s transition to a Partner role represents a significant milestone for us. His passion and expertise, combined with our commitment to the community, will undoubtedly have a profound impact,” said Barry.
“I was drawn to Alair for its renowned craftsmanship, robust processes, and deep community involvement. Collaborating with Barry and expanding with Alair resonates with my values, and I am genuinely enthusiastic about the opportunities that lie ahead,” noted Jeff.
A Special Partnership with Local Charities
The launch of Alair North Naples was marked by a unique partnership with two local charities, Blessings in a Backpack and St. Matthew’s House. The commitment extends beyond being just another construction company in the community. The partners and their teams aspire to become an integral part of it.
At the Blessings in a Backpack “Get Fed Up” Dinner Event on February 1st, 2024, the Alair team chose a community-oriented approach to celebration over a traditional grand opening party. They invited a group of 40 attendees, including market partners, Alair partners, office staff, and franchisor leadership, to show support.
Hosted by Scotlynn, the “Get Fed Up” dinner directed proceeds towards feeding elementary school children at risk of hunger on weekends in Southwest Florida, where over 75,000 children face this challenge. A significant contribution to Blessings amounted to approximately $18k from our attendees.
Continuing the commitment to community welfare, participation took place in the renowned Cars on Fifth event on February 3rd, 2024. This event supported St. Matthew’s House, a local charity dedicated to addressing homelessness, poverty, and addiction. By joining this event, over 50 of our teammates highlighted their dedication to making a difference in the lives of those in need.
“As a third-generation Floridian, I am passionate about the communities in Southwest Florida. The expansion of Alair North Naples is a testament to our dedication to this region. We are enthusiastic about the partnerships with Blessings in a Backpack and St. Matthew’s House. And, we’re eager to have made a lasting and positive mark on our community,” says Glen Harris III, Regional Partner at Alair SWFL.
Our Growing Presence in Florida

About the SWFL Chapter: The Southwest Florida Chapter
The Blessings in a Backpack program steps up by feeding children on the weekend. Every Friday afternoon, children receive backpacks filled with kid-friendly, ready-to-eat items. Students return every Monday morning with an empty backpack, a full stomach, and an eager mind. In the schools we work with in Lee and Collier County, test scores, reading skills, positive behavior, general health, and attendance have improved dramatically due to children getting the nourishment they need.
To change lives in a spiritual environment that is both compassionate and disciplined as we provide housing for those experiencing homelessness, food for those experiencing hunger, and comfort for those experiencing addiction and suffering.
